Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Vapor Dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Affiliate Program Overview

The VaporFund Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring users to our staking platform through API integration, affiliate links, and embeddable widgets.

Program Benefits Include:

  • •Customizable embeddable widgets
  • •Affiliate tracking and commission system
  • •Affiliate dashboard and analytics
  • •Marketing materials and support

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To participate, you must:

  • •Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • •Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization
  • •Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • •Maintain and update your account information
  • •Not have been previously banned from our services

Account Responsibilities:

  • •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys
  • •You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • •You are liable for all activities under your account
  • •One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

3. Commission Structure

Standard Commission Rates:

Diamond50+ refs or $1M+40%

First Month Bonus:

Affiliates earn 100% of staking net profits generated by users during their first month of staking through your widget, regardless of tier.

Commission Terms:

  • •Commissions are calculated based on net staking profits, not total staked amounts
  • •Tier levels are evaluated monthly based on generated revenue
  • •Minimum payout threshold is $50 USD
  • •Payments are processed within 7 business days after month-end
  • •VaporFund reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must NOT:

  • •Engage in fraudulent activities, including fake referrals or inflated metrics
  • •Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate artificial traffic
  • •Make false or misleading claims about VaporFund services or commission rates
  • •Use spam, unsolicited communications, or deceptive marketing practices
  • •Compete directly with VaporFund or promote competing staking platforms
  • •Share or resell API keys or partner account access

5. Liability & Warranties

Disclaimer:

THE PARTNER PORTAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. VAPORFUND DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ACCURACY OF DATA, OR SPECIFIC COMMISSION AMOUNTS.

Limitation of Liability:

VaporFund shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Vapor Dashboard or participation in the Affiliate Program.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VaporFund from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our services.

6. Changes to Terms

VaporFund reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via:

  • •Email notification to your registered address
  • •In-app notification in the Vapor Dashboard
  • •Updated "Last Modified" date on this page

Your continued use of the Vapor Dashboard after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
